Richmond Pharmacology is one of Europe's leading early phase Contract Research Organizations, conducting phase 1 and early phase 2 trials across a variety of therapeutic areas. We have a growing phase 3 portfolio too, and our continued expansion has led us to expand our Volunteer Recruitment team.
We are are looking for a Tele-recruiter to join our Volunteer Recruitment team. Tele-recruiters are expected to be readily interchangable between 3 areas of the department which are: Reception; Tele-Recruitment Office and Waiting Room .
Key details include:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls from volunteers or potential volunteers in a courteous and efficient manner and dealing with inquiries in a concise way including accurately inputting contact details into the database
- Liaising with appropriate staff members regarding potential volunteers' current and previous health issues
- Processing of all registrations made via website or call centre
- Assisting in building up healthy and specialised pool of volunteers (e.g. elderly, post-menopausal)
- Booking in of provisional screenings and pre-screen appointments and communicating any changes to the VR Project Manager
- Maintain volunteer confidentiality at all times
- Ensuring all volunteers are taken to the waiting room
- Making sure waiting room is well stocked with materials
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and ensure the head of Volunteer Recruitment is well informed regarding current study participation. Will be familiar with and adhere to the standard operating procedures of the unit.
Will co-operate with the training, quality assurance and monitoring departments in the maintenance of records for the preparation of audits, inspections and other visits. They will adhere to all Richmond Pharmaceuticals procedures at all times. Will be up to date on all relevant training and willing to undertake any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
This role would suit entry level and experienced recruiters wishing to join the life sciences industry. This is an office based role, must be able to commute to London Bridge.
